Inside, the lobby and other public rooms are traditionally appointed with dark wood panelling, antique furnishings, ornate plaster work and fabric wall coverings, all of which combine to create a luxurious environment enhanced by fresh flowers. The hotel features 45 deluxe guestrooms, 12 luxurious suites, and 6 apartments. The guestrooms are decorated in an elegant English country house style with patterned fabrics and hand selected antiques. All the rooms are immaculately maintained, as are the marble en suite bathrooms. The hotel offers a variety of dining options. Cheneston's Restaurant and Oratory serves modern British and International cuisine in a formal but relaxed setting, which is immaculately presented with fine mahogany furniture and lots of natural daylight pouring in through the leaded windows. The bright and airy 'al fresco' atmosphere of the Conservatory makes it perfect for a casual lunch, snack or pre-theatre drinks. The Park Lounge is a warm and cosy retreat, just right for Afternoon Tea, with its open fireplace and lovely views of Kensington Gardens and Palace. And last but not least, the Stables Bar is a convivial meeting place for Apéritifs with complimentary canapés or a favourite night-cap.
