After reading some online customer reviews, we had some concerns on what standard of hotel we were going to get, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. From the start the staff were very helpful, informative and cheerful. We were given a very nice 4th floor room with separate lounge,bathroom and bedroom, which was clean and tidy. The only negative was that we were given a smoking room instead of the preferred non smoking room, but we liked the room so much we decided to stay put.

Top Tip:
The hotel is in a perfect position for visits to the Albert Hall, Science museum, Natural History museum and the V/A. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance of the hotel.
