Traveller from Marlow stayed in November,2009

Our booking had been mismanaged, and We found the check in staff very rude and dismissive, basically sying "tough". Breakfast felt rushed and computer belt like, with staff being too busy to give good srvice. The whole experiance felt unpleasant, and put a dampner on the w/e.
