having had a very bad experience in a london hotel 2 years ago we were very apprehensive, but we were very happy we chose Best Western Hotel nad if we come to london again we will certainly book with them.

Top Tip:
Went to the Utopia restarant in Knightsbridge not far from hotel, very nice decor but not too impressed with the food!
