The recent refurb is tasteful, a vast improvement to be honest. The air conditioning in the room was way too cold, and there were no controls to adjust it or turn it off. Plus it seems to act as a loudspeaker system from people in nearby rooms. The bedding was cozy though, so if you like having a hot body and a freezing cold head - book this hotel!

Top Tip:
The Proms were our main reason for being in the area, so the location of the hotel was pretty good. Streets nice and quiet at night. Some handy shops and restaurants.
